Meet The Team…Get to know Purchasing Agent Danelle Brody

Danelle Brody brings years of homebuilder industry experience to her role at Cothran Homes. After college, she worked as an office manager/bookkeeper for a custom homebuilder in NJ for 10 years. She moved and became an assistant estimator for an upscale custom homebuilder in Boca Raton, FL. Danelle also has a background in nursing. She worked as a registered nurse at Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine until she and her husband moved to South Carolina to be near family and friends. Now happily established here at Cothran Homes, Danelle has returned to her passion for homebuilding construction as an Estimator/Purchasing Agent. As she notes, “I have always liked being part of the homebuilding process – from planning and implementation to completion. I think the ability to conceptualize a project, then put it on paper, then in the ground, resulting in the final product in all its splendor, is beyond verbal expression.” Danelle is enjoying the exciting building projects Cothran Homes has going on. “The attention to detail and quality of workmanship is evident everywhere you look,” she says. “The workplace interaction and atmosphere is conducive to employee loyalty and respect. She also loves spending time with her husband, family, friends, and beautiful animals.
