New Design Coordinator: Meet Paige!

At Cothran Homes, we’re always grateful for our wonderful team, but we’re especially grateful around the holidays. Now that we’re gearing up for all of the winter festivities and celebrations with loved ones, we want to shine a spotlight on one of our newest employees who we can’t wait to introduce you to.   Paige Dowling, our incredible new design coordinator, is a team member who’s already exceeding expectations and bringing positivity to our office every day. Thanks to Paige, every homeowner experiences top-notch, personalized service and care while customizing their dream home with ease!   What’s your relationship with Cothran Homes?My relationship with Cothran Homes is a new one! I joined Cothran Homes on November 18 and I’m very excited to be here. What I love most about working with the team is the professionalism and close-knit environment here. Everyone is very good at what they do while being hardworking, easygoing, and respectful of one another. Put all those elements together and you have a company that can achieve great things.It’s my experience that customers enjoy their purchasing experience knowing they’re working with a professional sales agent, interior designer, and builder. Customers also gravitate towards builders who offer move-in-ready homes that are beautifully designed by an interior designer and built by a quality builder. It’s our hope that with me here, potential buyers will be motivated by these elements to purchase a Cothran home. Where did you grow up?I grew up in Kalamazoo, MI with my mother, stepfather, and dog, Morgan. I’m an only child who was encouraged to be very active and involved in school, athletics, and philanthropic programs. I was also introduced to a wide range of music, art, and food, which developed into a love for the cultural and culinary arts. I now live in Greenville, SC with my fiancé, Jeff. In 2012, I got my parents to move and retire here in Greenville so we could live closer to one another!How do you spend your free time? What do you do to relax? Jeff and I are foodies… we enjoy eating at restaurants, both local and abroad, that offer trendy and tasty new items. We also like going to Clemson football games and traveling. If I want to relax, I enjoy walking the Rabbit Trail in downtown Greenville or getting a manicure and pedicure while sipping a delicious specialty coffee.What do you wish people knew about Cothran Homes?Cothran Homes always strives to be a progressive leader in our market — forward-thinking designs and quality construction are among our most important initiatives. By thinking outside the box and recognizing what’s not currently being done, Cothran Homes aims to fill the gap in our market by offering cutting-edge, beautifully designed move-in-ready homes at prices that buyers can afford.What would someone be surprised to know about you? I think people would be surprised to know that I tend to be a bit of a homebody. Most people who know me see me as an extrovert who likes to keep busy and stay active. But I truly enjoy my downtime! I love relaxing at home, getting take-out, and watching a great movie or documentary (or even taking a nap). I think a lot of that might come from being an only child and spending a lot of my downtime by myself.Who has inspired you over the years?It might be cliché, but I truly admire my mother. As a wife, mother, sister, and friend, she’s always kind, loving and giving. She’s also well-educated, passionate about her career, and remarkably well-rounded. At difficult times in her life, she has shown uncanny strength and composure. She’s always open to learning new things to improve herself and has the energy of the Energizer Bunny!
