Meet the Team… Get to know Field Manager, Matt Snyder!

Matt Snyder is a Field Manager at Cothran Homes – a job he really loves! He provides on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including scheduling subcontractors, material deliveries and inspections, ensuring that work is proceeding on schedule and within budget, and making sure that the community is presentable for homeowners and future buyers. “I have been with Cothran Homes for nearly five years, primarily as a Field Manager at the Townes at Brookwood. But I have also helped out in our other neighborhoods, so I am well-versed in all the homes we offer.” Prior to working with Cothran Homes, Matt worked with a custom home builder for three years.
