Sit back, relax, and get inspired to turn your new space into your all-time dream kitchen!

Use of Flat-Panel, Clean-Line Cabinets: These cabinets create a clean and contemporary aesthetic. Depending on your personal design style, mid-century modern or industrial achieve a similar look and vibe too.    clean line cabinets (IKEA)  Bold Tile Backsplashes: Today, homeowners love what they see in custom renovated homes on HGTV, and are open to more exciting backsplashes as opposed to the traditionally simple kinds. At Cothran Homes, we still offer the classics  but we also cater to more adventurous styles to meet everyone’s custom needs!     bold backsplashes (Amanda Teal Interior Design)  Built-In Seating Area: This unique feature is an effective space-saving concept that allows everyone to have the room they need in the heart of the home. The table in this photo is actually attached to the island, and this upgrade feature is offered in our Belmont plan at The Retreat. Brushed Brass Accents: This style speaks for itself! Brass accents add the perfect touch of warmth and charm to the kitchen, as well as an undeniably chic element. I think this trend is here to stay. Light Fixtures: I call these the “jewelry of your home!” These photos are examples of exciting pendants and dining chandeliers. At Cothran Homes, we offer unique options that stray from the standard light fixtures typically offered by other builders, so that you can elevate the look and feel of your beautiful kitchen.    brushed brass accents (Koby Kepert)  Cabinet Color Split: The trend here is to have both painted and wood-stained cabinets together for a more custom look and feel… whether it’s just the island wood finish, or a combination as shown in the photo  painted uppers, wood-stained lowers, and island.  Whether you choose one of our gorgeous move-in-ready homes in South Carolina or decide to build the floor plan of your dreams, our design coordinator, Paige, will ensure that your home suits your preferences perfectly. As you look ahead to everything that 2020 has in store, get inspired by a few of Paige’s favorite kitchen trends of the year!
